Holiday Rental Management on the Costa del Sol

We will give your guests a professional welcome to your property. We’ll show them around, give them an overview of the local area, and clearly explain any house rules. We’ll also make sure we have taken copies of all guests’ identification to submit to the Guardia Civil or Policía Nacional.

We will also meet your guests on departure to check your property for damage and take back any keys.

There’s no avoiding the fact that things sometimes go wrong, and they usually go wrong at the worst possible time. Rest assured, we have our little black book on hand with trusted plumbers, carpenters, electricians, and air conditioning engineers who will get any problem sorted - large or small.

We provide ad-hoc and end-of-stay cleaning services. As a team, we’re all a tad obsessive about cleanliness, so we can assure you our services really are top notch.

Maira is our fabulous year round full time employed cleaner, and in the summer we use a small selection of trusted and experienced cleaners that we have worked with before.

If your property doesn’t have bedding and towels (or only has one set), we can provide fresh white linen for each stay.

We have a large supply of towels and bedding for all bed sizes. At our offices in Riviera del Sol we operate our own mini laundry - which we hope to expand in Summer 2023!

Renting a property for short term holiday lets involves important legal obligations. Your property needs to be correctly licenced, you need to register every guest with the authorities, and you need to ensure you are compliant with the Spanish tax authorities.
