Meet & Greets

Also known as check-ins or welcomes, it’s important to meet guests on arrival and give them a professional welcome to the property. We use these as an opportunity to show guests around the property, give them an overview of the local area, and clearly explain any house rules.

Guest Registration

There is a legal obligation in Spain to register all guests of holiday rental with the Guardia Civil or Policía Nacional (depending on the location of the property). We take care of this for you!

Repairs & Maintenance

Resolving repairs and maintenance issues quickly, efficiently, and with minimum disruption to your guests is extremely important for holiday rentals. We have an extensive contact list of plumbers, electricians, air conditioning engineers, and handymen who are on hand to deal with all of your repairs and maintenance needs - large or small!

Property Listings

We have years’ of experience of producing captivating property listing on portals like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo.com. We will photograph your property and write an engaging property description which ensures your property gets booked!

Cleaning

We have a great cleaning team led by Maira, our year-round full time cleaner. We can offer changeover cleans on a contractual or ad-hoc basis - call us on 641 304 920 with your requirements and we will be able to help you!

Linen / Laundry

We have large supplies of towels and bedding for all bed sizes. We can supply linen for your property, or launder your own linen between guest stays.

Check-outs

We meet your guests on departure to check your property for damage, take back any keys, and to ask for feedback about their stay. We’ll use this opportunity to explain to your guests how they can review their stay on Airbnb, Google, and Facebook!

Compliance

Renting a property in Spain involves important legal obligations, in terms of licencing, guest registration, and tax. We work closely with property owners to ensure that they are fully compliant in Spain.
