Our team of cleaners is made up of trusted individuals who are employed on permanent contracts and paid a fair wage. In addition, we have an extensive network of contractors, including plumbers, electricians, air conditioning engineers, and carpenters, who can fix any problem quickly and efficiently.

Guest Communication: We understand that guest communication is crucial to a successful holiday rental experience. We communicate with guests before booking, before arrival, and during their stay, ensuring that all their questions are answered, and any issues are addressed promptly.

Compliance: We take compliance seriously and can assist property owners with all compliance issues, including tax compliance. We register guests with the Guardia Civil, ensuring that all legal requirements are met.

We also offer our unique GHOST Service which is aimed at owners of second homes who want a totally hassle free way of earning money from their property in the summer.

We do not manage a large number of properties because we believe in giving each property the time and attention it deserves. Our office is located in Riviera Del Sol, and we operate along the Costa Del Sol from Torremolinos to Marbella. We speak both Spanish and English, ensuring that we can communicate effectively with guests and property owners alike.
